These terms govern your use of kawkab.ai and any services provided by Kawkab. By using our website or engaging our services you agree to these terms.

Kawkab is an applied AI firm registered and operating from Amman, Jordan. We provide AI transformation, AI solutions, AI training, and AI workforce programs to organizations across MENA.

We provide professional services. The scope, timeline, and deliverables of every engagement are agreed in writing before work begins. Nothing outside that written agreement is included in the engagement.

Payment terms are agreed per engagement. Work does not begin until an agreement is signed. Kawkab reserves the right to pause or stop work if payments are not made on time.

Everything Kawkab builds for you as part of a paid engagement belongs to you once full payment is received. Our internal methodologies, frameworks, and tools remain the property of Kawkab.

We treat everything you share with us as confidential. We do not share client information with third parties without your written permission. We expect the same from you regarding any information we share about our methods and systems.

We do not collect or store personal data through this website beyond what you submit through our contact form. We use that information only to respond to your inquiry.

Kawkab is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of our services. Our total liability in any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that specific engagement.

We deliver our work with care and professionalism. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as revenue growth, cost savings, or job placement rates.

These terms are governed by the laws of Jordan. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Amman, Jordan.

We may update these terms at any time. The most current version is always on this page.
